The issue I have is can you really hold up a man from the 6th century to the standards of today’ Normally that would be unfair because they were ignorant to our evolved morals. But a messenger from god’ It would be logical to conclude that if he is the holiest person and has a direct line to an all knowing god, then he should be more moral than us now’ If he is to set an example for all time wouldn’t it make sense he be ahead of the curve as it were’
