This is another little project I decided to start on. I noticed on the LazyTown US DVDs there is Closed Captioning data. This made me wonder, why’ So I will be making custom Closed Captioning subs for all English LazyTown related videos to find out, “why’” These scripts will be available immediately, most likely in the LazyTown IRC channel being run by Skootch first then somewhere else. Unfortunately they will be in SSA format until I’m done with a good chunk of videos, then I will work on the SRT format. The main reason for that is because I know how to manipulate SRT subs to make it look like some of the multi-line stuff that SSA does; the only problem is that it takes time to do it that way.

Anyways, I’m a newb in CC subbing, so if you have any problems and critiques with it, please say something, I need to learn.

I forgot that all shows are supposed to have Closed Captioned data, it’s the law. However, that’s not why I started this CC project. Like last time, I have the SSA subs along with the original captured video available at Skootch’s IRC channel.
