Hello, here’s part 2 of my TARDIS BUILD DIARY…this time it’s all about the crossbars for the doors. I had some time before my partner came back from vacation, so I thought I could do a bit of prep work without him. The Cross-bars seemed to be the best bet.
They fit on the doors and walls of the TARDIS and require beveling on all four sides. Luckly, I got my neighbor Mike to help out.
More parts taken care of and a little bit at a time seems to work nicely!

A video dairy of my TARDIS BUILD. I thought I would share my hardships/success when it comes to tryung to build a TARDIS. By the way, the TARDIS is what Doctor Who flys around in for those not in the know.
I’ve always wanted one since I first saw Tom Baker in Dr. Who on PBS in America…I was lucky enough to find plans on the net but could not find anyone who documented their build on video.
I hope this helps others who try their hand at building a TARDIS of their own.
